1. After shampooing, apply a generous amount of conditioner to clean, damp hair.

2. Distribute evenly from mid-lengths to ends, ensuring full coverage.

3. Leave on for 3–5 minutes for everyday conditioning or up to 10 minutes for a deeper treatment.

4. Rinse thoroughly and style as desired.
